Living Well with Ian, RN

Join My Team

Curious what it’s like to run your own Pampered Chef business? Here’s my honest take — no pressure, no script.

I started in 1995. I left for three years to become a nurse. I came back seven years ago — and I’m still here.

I wasn’t looking for a side hustle when I joined Pampered Chef. I just liked the products and figured I’d sell a few. Thirty years later, here we are.

Along the way I stepped away for a few years to go back to school and become a Registered Nurse. I thought that chapter of my life was closed. But when the timing was right, I came back to Pampered Chef — and I brought something new with me: a nurse’s habit of looking at evidence before I recommend anything to anyone.

I’m not going to tell you this is for everyone — because it isn’t. But if any of this sounds like you, it might be worth a conversation.

Is This You?

This Might Be a Fit If…

  • You’re self-motivated — you don’t need someone checking in to get things done
  • You’re juggling other responsibilities (a job, caregiving, family) and need a business that flexes around your life, not the other way around
  • You’d rather build genuine relationships than “sell” to people
  • You care about quality and want to recommend products you’d actually stand behind
  • You’re looking for real, flexible income — not just a hobby

A Day (or Week) in the Life

What This Actually Looks Like

You sell Pampered Chef products — quality kitchen tools people genuinely want and use. You build your own audience, run your own parties and virtual events, and grow at whatever pace makes sense for your life.

I run a weekly live show called Thursday in the Kitchen, I post regularly across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, and I lead a recruiting team I call the Barnett Brigade. I work about 15–18 hours a week around caregiving for my mom — proof that this can flex around real life, not just a full-time schedule.

If you join my team, I’ll show you what’s worked for me — and help you figure out what fits you.
